About
Ms. Margie was born and raised in Texas. She and her husband, David, relocated to Arkansas in 1992 after falling in love with the beauty of this region. Margie is the owner and Director of The Conservatory and her journey into ballet began in 2001 when her young daughter began taking lessons under the tutelage of Peggie Wallis. Impressed with the structure of the Royal Academy of Dance syllabus and seeing the positive effect it had in the development of her child, she took every opportunity to learn the logic and intricacies of promoting quality classical dance education. Pulling from her experience in the performing and visual arts, she began organizing and directing performances for local dancers. Ms. Margie serves as Executive Director of NWA Ballet Theatre, the professional performing company in the region.

Registration will open for Summer 2024 Programs on Monday, April 8th.
