Trainee Programs

For the serious dance student, we offer pre-professional training and an opportunity to audition for our Trainee Program directed by our School Principal, Jennifer Davis.

Once a Trainee contract is signed, dancers are required to be enrolled in a minimum of two ballet technique classes plus one pointe class, in addition to enrolling in the Saturday Trainee Class. Dancers accepted into the Trainee Program get the benefit of the dedicated Saturday Trainee Class, will have opportunities to take class with the company dancers of NWA Ballet Theatre, and will be featured in The Nutcracker and the Conservatory Spring Fanfare. Trainees will also be called upon to represent the Conservatory at other dance or educational arts events in the community.

Dancers who are accepted will have the opportunity to look over the Trainee Contract outlining expectations, requirements, fees and season calendar/performances before committing to the trainee program contract. This program is solely with NWA Conservatory of Classical Ballet and is not affiliated with the professional company, NWA Ballet Theatre.
