Congratulations to

Our 2025 Seniors!

Ariel Cole

Graduating Senior 2025

Ariel has been dancing since the age of 3 and has dedicated 5 years to classical training in Cecchetti ballet. She will be graduating from Life Way Christian School in May and plans to pursue her basic courses at NWACC, working towards a degree in Health and Nutrition. Ariel’s heart for the Lord is evident in all she does, and she strives to live out her faith in every aspect of her life. Outside of her academic and dance pursuits, Ariel enjoys gardening, baking, and thrifting. She is excited to continue her studies while nurturing her passions and serving others along the way. Ariel is deeply grateful for the support of her family, friends, and instructors as she embarks on the next chapter of her journey.

Briana Dreyer

Graduating Senior 2025

Briana has been dancing since the age of two with a particular passion for ballet and tap. Although she has only been with the Conservatory for two and half years, she has created unforgettable memories and formed lifelong friendships. Briana is deeply grateful to her teachers for challenging her to reach her fullest potential, to her parents for their unwavering support, and to the invaluable relationships she has made throughout her time here. After high school, Briana plans to attend the University of Arkansas to study Interior Design and Architecture, with the hope of continuing to dance recreationally.

Luke Webb

Graduating Senior 2025

Luke started dancing as a party boy in The Nutcracker when he was 10 years old. When he was cast as Fritz in 2022, he decided he had better start taking classes—and fell in love with it. Training allowed him to translate the balance and quickness he had developed in soccer and skateboarding into power and grace in ballet. Luke loves to fly through the air (hence the inspiration for his senior solo). He is so thankful for the supportive community of faculty and friends he has at the Conservatory. After graduation Luke plans to study Architecture at the University of Arkansas.

Morgan O’Neill

Graduating Senior 2025

Morgan is a senior at Rogers High School. Outside of ballet, Morgan has played viola for seven years and currently performs with the RHS Sinfonia orchestra. Morgan has been a student at the Northwest Arkansas Conservatory of Classical Ballet for ten years. From being a baby mouse to marzipan, Morgan has danced in the Nutcracker since she was seven. Her favorite performances has been performing the Dance of the Cygnets during a spring show, Marzipan, and Waltz of the Snowflakes from the Nutcracker. Next year, Morgan is planning on majoring in physics at Georgetown University.

Shae Aagard

Graduating Senior 2025

Shae has been dancing at the Conservatory since 2019 and has been a trainee for the last 4 years.  She has also been dancing at Arkansas Arts Academy and will graduate with an emphasis in dance.  She has spent her summers dancing with Orlando Ballet, Joffrey Musical Theatre NYC, and AMDA in LA.  Shae was accepted at Oklahoma City University with a dance scholarship.  She will be attending Oklahoma City University in the fall where she will be a dance major in commercial dance.  Shae hopes to one day dance for Disney.

Zella Snyder

Graduating Senior 2025

Zella has been dancing at the Conservatory for 7 years.  She has enjoyed taking many of the classes offered, most notably ballet and modern. Zella has learned far more than dance from an amazing and dedicated group of teachers.  They have a vast knowledge of dance that they freely give along with love, support and a solid nudge to push yourself.  Zella has also made many life-long friends and will cherish all of the memories created along the way.

After graduation, Zella will be attending ARK Beauty School, getting married and honoring God above all else.
