Auditions for the 14th annual production of The Nutcracker presented by The Conservatory will be held September 11th & 12th. Performances will be December 18 & 19 at the Arend Arts Center in Bentonville. Please visit our Nutcracker page for details!

 We are proud to be an approved EFA vendor through the Arkansas LEARNS Act! This means eligible families can use their education funds to pay for classes and programs with us.


To get started:

  1. Apply through the Arkansas Department of Education here: https://learns.ade.arkansas.gov 
  2. Once approved, create a ClassWallet account and add our studio as a vendor
  3. Please note that we only accept Direct Pay on Semester Pay or Full Year Pay accounts. Accounts paying by Monthly Installment and invoices for additional fees such as Fanfare Fee, Nutcracker fees, merchandise, etc. must pay upfront and submit proof of payment for reimbursement.
  4. Semester/Full Pay Accounts: when you’re ready to pay, simply upload the itemized invoice from Compudance as a document or image in ClassWallet before submitting for approval
  5. Monthly Installment Accounts: You may also request reimbursement in ClassWallet by contacting us for a detailed receipt and uploading your proof of payment into your account
